How fast is your delivery?
At www.mariruth234.ecrater.com I try and send the items ordered within 1-2 days from payment. They usually go via UPS, unless there is only 1 item to send. For one item the USPO is usually the cheapest. I use lots of bubble wrap, peanuts and even box within box for packing and shipping.
What about refunds?
At www.mariruth234.ecrater.com If anything arrives broken I would need a picture of the broken item and it will either be replaced or money returned. I try and replace the damaged item to begin with, unless I don't have a duplicate to send. I always do something.
Do you have lay away for items?
Yes, I do.
If you want to do a lay away that is fine.
You have to Email me at mariruth234@yahoo.com to have the lay away set up.
I will give you the entire cost including shipping and handling.
I require 20% down and allow 30 days from the day of purchase to pay off the lay away.
What happens if I have paid too much when I pay through Google?
If at any time you have paid too much I will refund the money to you in the box I send to you. I will do the refund in cash.
If you owe me $ you can either send me the $ or pay me through paypal.
We can work any problems out.
